About
Working on the architecture behind better decisions
I work at the intersection of strategy, risk and enterprise AI, designing the structures that help consequential decisions move from evidence to action.
Perspective
My work sits where enterprise strategy meets the practical disciplines of risk, governance and execution. I am interested in what happens after an ambition has been stated: how it becomes a decision, how that decision is tested, and how it survives contact with operating reality.
That perspective has been shaped by work across banking, credit and enterprise leadership environments. It now extends into a central question for organisations adopting AI: how should machine intelligence and human judgement be combined when the outcome matters?
Today, my work spans enterprise strategy and risk, governance, decision systems and applied AI initiatives, with a focus on turning analysis into accountable execution.
Current focus
Five connected lines of inquiry
- Decision systems that connect evidence, judgement and accountable action
- Enterprise AI that is designed around real operating decisions
- Risk and governance as enabling architecture, not downstream control
- Credit intelligence as an institutional capability
- Organisational judgement: how context, incentives, ownership and interpretation shape decision quality
Professional arc
A widening decision lens

Enterprise strategy and risk
Works across strategy, risk, governance and cross-functional execution, translating enterprise priorities into decision structures and operating follow-through.
Enterprise decision systems
Applies strategic judgement, risk architecture and AI to the design of dependable enterprise decision systems.

Outside Work
A slower register
Outside work, I am learning the violin and return often to sketching and painting, slower practices that reward attention, patience and interpretation.
